Terms of service
These terms govern access to and use of the Cœur Indétectable platform.
2. Access conditions
Access is restricted to people aged 18 and over. Any account opened by a minor is permanently blocked. One account equals one identity.
3. Conduct
Any stigma related to health status, harassment, fraudulent financial solicitation, or inappropriate content is prohibited and leads to account suspension or ban.
4. Personal data
The processing of personal data, especially health data, is described in the privacy policy and subject to a separate, revocable consent.
5. Ownership
The platform and its content are the property of Cœur Indétectable. The account and the contents published by the user belong to them.
6. Liability
The platform facilitates connections but does not guarantee the outcome of a relationship or the behaviour of members. In case of a dispute, moderation can be requested.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Cœur Indétectable may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these terms.
