2. Purposes
Providing the service (profile, match, messaging), ensuring security and moderation, fulfilling legal obligations, improving the service in an anonymised way.
3. Legal basis
Contract performance, explicit consent for health data (GDPR art. 9), legitimate interest for security, legal obligations.
4. Health data isolation
Health data is stored in a separate, encrypted technical space. It is never replicated, never used for profile ranking, never used by third-party tools.
5. Sharing
Your data is never sold. It is shared only with strictly necessary providers (hosting, email delivery), under contract, and never for advertising.
6. Retention
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the service. After account deletion: immediate invisibility and definitive purge after 30 days.
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and consent withdrawal: exercise them from the privacy centre or by email. A complaint can be lodged with the CNIL.
